Order #1042 is ready for pickup.

Olive & EmberGood food. On your time.

Less scattered work. A clearer working day.

Start with the services you need. Connect the customer experience to the work happening behind the counter.

01

A menu customers can order from

Share your store link or QR. Organize categories, prices and photos, add required choices and optional extras, and switch items or offers on and off.

02

Point of sale & order management

Create counter orders and follow online orders in one board. Search, filter and track preparation, payment and fulfillment without losing the order details.

03

A clear kitchen workflow

Give kitchen staff their own view of orders and preparation details. Move orders through their stages so the counter and kitchen stay informed.

04

Delivery around your branches

Set each branch location, delivery fees and maximum distance, or draw supported areas. Choose nearby ready-made areas when available.

05

Your team, with the right access

Create separate cashier, kitchen and management accounts. Assign branch access and permissions, and review who changed what in the activity log.

06

More reasons for customers to return

Display banners and offers, add real product photos, and collect purchased-item feedback. Reward eligible photo reviews with points toward later discounts.

07

Tables, takeaway & delivery

Organize table service alongside takeaway and delivery orders, with order and payment details available to the authorized team.

08

Sales you can understand

Review sales and operational reports, follow payments and receipts, and use the available filters to understand your business activity.

09

Offers with customer permission

Create promotional campaigns for customers who opted in, and review the notification history alongside your day-to-day order alerts.

A simple path from menu to handover.

01

Set up your business

Add your identity, menu, branches, store language and team accounts. Choose the services and permissions each role needs.

02

Receive the order

Customers order through your menu, or your cashier creates the order. Required choices keep product details clear before it is submitted.

03

Prepare together

Your team follows the order stages, payment and preparation details, with live updates across connected screens.

04

Hand over & learn

Mark the order ready, notify subscribed customers, and review sales, activity and customer feedback to improve the next visit.

One business. Each branch has its own working day.

Share the menu and common business settings while keeping branch operations and staff access separate. Owners and authorized managers can oversee multiple branches.

01

A screen for every role

Keep the cashier focused on taking orders, the kitchen on preparation, and management on oversight. Optional tools can be granted when needed.

02

Updates you can follow

See order changes and connection status. Supported offline tools help your team continue when connectivity is interrupted, then synchronize when it returns.

03

Changes with a clear history

Review actions, their time and the account responsible. Permissions and session validity are checked before protected changes.

A familiar experience, before and after the order.

Present your logo, cover, contact details and product photos on your store page. Use banners and offers to highlight what matters, and let customers share feedback on quality, quantity and how filling their purchase was.

Let your customer step away from the counter.

A private order link lets the customer follow progress and enable ready alerts. It is a digital alternative to handing out a pager, using a compatible phone and an internet connection.

Android & computers

On supported browsers, customers can enable notifications without installing a dedicated app.

iPhone & iPad

On iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or later, add the customer page to the Home Screen, open it there and allow notifications.

Customer choice comes first

Order alerts need permission. Promotional offers have a separate opt-in that the customer can withdraw.

Alerts can arrive after the page closes on supported devices. Internet access and device settings affect delivery; keep an alternative way to call customers.

Clear answers. An easier start.

Is TickyTicket just an order notification tool?+

Notifications are one part of the platform. You can also manage a digital menu, point of sale, kitchen, delivery, team access and branches. Choose the services suitable for your activity.

Who is the platform for?+

Restaurants, cafés, cloud and home kitchens, food carts and shops can choose services for their workflow. Service businesses can also use customer-ready notifications.

Can an item have mandatory choices?+

Yes. Configure required choice groups, such as a flavour for each quarter of a waffle, alongside optional extras. The order must meet the configured selection rules.

Can I create several cashiers and kitchens?+

Yes. Each person can have a separate named account with their role, permissions and branch access. The activity log identifies the account that made a change.

Can branches share a menu?+

Yes. The menu and common settings can be shared at business level, while branch operations and staff access stay separated according to permissions.

How do delivery areas work?+

Set branch locations, then choose a maximum delivery distance or supported map areas. Configure your fees and adjust coverage as your business changes.

How do photo review points work?+

Eligible customers can review products from completed, paid purchases and attach a real photo. Store reward settings control points and redemption. A positive rating is not required to earn eligible points.

Can everything work without internet?+

No. Supported offline tools can retain local work for later synchronization. Online orders, live updates and customer notifications require connectivity. Check the synchronization status before relying on shared data.

Do customers need an app?+

Customers open your menu through its link or QR in the browser. Notification support depends on the device; iPhone and iPad require adding the customer page to the Home Screen.

How do I try the platform and choose a plan?+

Try your restaurant for three days, or explore the notification demo without registering. Select your business type in the pricing section to see available services and the quoted period total before requesting a package.

Give your next working day a clearer plan.

Explore the platform with your restaurant, or choose your business type and build a package around what you need.

Your customer experience and daily operations, connected.
